"Spencer entered the insurance industry in March of 2006 when he became a licensed insurance agent and was accepted into the college internship at Northwestern Mutual. Northwestern Mutual has been consistently ranked as a top ten college internship in the United States for many years. Spencer qualified as a top 20 college intern nationally for Northwestern Mutual for life insurance production. Upon completion of his internship, Spencer founded Shelton Insurance Group in October of 2007. For the first three years, Spencer focused primarily on Life and Health insurance as an Insurance Broker. In the summer of 2010, Spencer expanded the agency into Auto & Homeowners Insurance. Shelton Insurance Group is centered around work, integrity, and independence."

"Wess entered the insurance industry in May of 2009 with a background in real estate sales. He shadowed several top insurance agents in the life insurance industry. This mentorship period allowed him to gain a better understanding of the insurance industry. Wess joined Shelton Insurance Group in May of 2011 as a licensed insurance agent. Wess is trustworthy and works hard to create the best insurance plan possible for people. He currently specializes in Auto & Homeowners Insurance and takes pride in being an independent agent. He will be obtaining his Life & Health insurance license in the near future."
